Create file or other documents

If you choose to create a file, data source, or other document on your hard disk, the path to that file is saved in your computer. In some cases, the file might include your user name or information.

Author name

Samsung products contain the name of the author who created a note, the note’s sections or its notes. Samsung products show the author name for the last person who modified a note. Samsung products also store timestamps in the file, including the creation time and the last modified time.

Recycle Bin

When a page or a section is deleted, Samsung products put it into that your computer’s Recycle Bin. You can access your computer’s Recycle Bin by clicking the Recycle Bin section within each computer. You can restore pages and sections from the Recycle Bin by moving them back into your other sections. You can permanently delete them by clicking Recycle Bin > Delete.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We will not share or disclose your Personal Information to any third party (including Samsung's Subsidiaries) without your consent, except (a) where this is necessary in order to provide our Services to you, (b) to pursue our legitimate interests or (c) if we are required to disclose your Personal Information in order to comply with any legal obligation or the decision of a judicial authority or (d) where we are otherwise permitted to do so by applicable law. We will never share your Personal Information with third parties if this is not permissible under applicable law. Samsung Service is not designed for use by children without their parent's supervision. We ask that anyone under the age of thirteen not submit any Personal Information through a Samsung Service.
